Bells Pure Ice

After a rigorous selection process from Bells Ice, Clade have been appointed as their new partner. 

As a result, Clade completed two major enhancement projects - a Stock Replenishment Forecasting module and an automated Invoice Bath Checker. The forecasting module successfully forecasts retail sales taking seasonal changes into account. Our solution allows Bells to replenish stock efficiently before it runs out. With regards to financial modules, the process of entering invoices into the accounting system was previously a time-consuming manual task for Bell employees. However, with the Fulfilment Checker, the process is now completely automated and have increased Bell’s efficiency tremendously. 

As Bells’ new partner, we will continue to identify more wide-ranging and strategic improvements.

Catholic Schools NSW (CSNSW)

The Catholic Schools NSW (CSNSW), responsible for Catholic education in NSW since 1974, has taken it upon themselves to embrace the evolution in technology with a new method of dealing with outdated and error-prone internal support processes. Clade Solutions has helped in this process through the development of the Chatbot Serena.

The new Chatbot provides the company with a clean and efficient way of organizing and solving these support requests, simultaneously providing help for end-users and lowering the burden that was once placed on the support team. Through the highly versatile Microsoft Azure platform, Clade was able to implement Serena within CSNSW’s systems within days of requesting it. 

With the continuous overview of feedback from users and updating of the system based on this, CSNSW continues to push forward with their progressive internal growth.

Barangaroo Delivery Authority

The Barangaroo Delivery Authority BDA has recently rolled out Objective enterprise content management system to capture and manage information and support key business processes. BDA also using SharePoint platform as staff collaboration portal, to bring the best out of both systems, BDA approached Clade solutions to provide seamless integration between the two systems and to help staff to work with content in more efficient and productive way.

To improve user experience and provide single platform for content collaboration and records management needs, Clade developed SharePoint custom solution to surface the content from Objective ECM on SharePoint sites.

Fullerton Health

Fullerton Health Corporate Services' mission is to be the Claims Manager and Emergency Assistance provider of choice in Australia.

Since 2008 Clade has been working with Fullerton Health Corporate Services to transition the company from a small local operation to a regional insurance administrator based on strong IT and reporting capabilities.

The core IT platform was developed using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint and has been enhanced with the additional of new modules and extensive web based capability. Today, still working in close collaboration, Clade develops and implements a wide programme of new features to ensure that the company keeps pace with its growing and evolving business.


L.E.K. Consulting

L.E.K. is a global strategy consulting firm with offices across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. In Australia, L.E.K. uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage their customer relationships and sales forecasting process. In 2016, LEK embarked on 'CRM 2.0' project with the objective to make improvements in User Experience, Business intelligence, Proactivity, and to introduce Marketing Automation. LEK selected Clade Solutions because of their extensive experience with Dynamics CRM Online, marketing automation solution ClickDimensions and their reputation to deliver results on-time and within budget.

To improve the user experience, the screen layout was optimised and the mobile app was introduced to enable access to customer information on the run. In order to provide better visibility of customer activity, new reports have been introduced such as pipeline and activity reports by sector and service line and win/loss reports. One of the key benefits of the project was the automation of email campaigns through the implementation of Dynamics CRM add-on ClickDimensions. LEK can now create and send bulk emails with all send, open, click, and bounce data reporting at the mailing (aggregate) and individual level.

TravelEdge Group

TravelEdge is Australia’s largest privately-owned travel management company, with services ranging from corporate travel to holiday and leisure. Operating as one of the largest shareholders in CT partners, they have an annual corporate buying power of $1.5 billion.

After 12 months of extensive business improvement, TravelEdge Group were looking to continue their growth trajectory. However, outdated internal reporting capabilities were proving a major obstacle. Reporting from their legacy system coupled with spreadsheets was inefficient, unwieldy and error-prone.

A major overhaul was needed to provide the leadership team with the information they needed for growth at this scale. After careful consideration of options, they eventually choose Microsoft Power BI as the analytics platform and Clade Solutions as their partner, developing and implementing an enterprise-wide Business Intelligence solution. The new implemented analytics platform met the key objectives by simplifying, automating and improving the reporting processes and outputs. With comprehensive and easy-to-navigate dashboards, each department executive now has easy access to the information they need and they’re able to act on those insights immediately.

Mortgage Choice

As the leading mortgage broker with over 480 franchisees, Mortgage Choice has set about on a marketing automation journey, developing a process that delivers content to customers based on suitable time periods, what is relevant, and through a convenient channel.

The first campaign Clade supported was generating automated communication to prospects based on initial identification of interests. This was done through the Campaign automation builder within ClickDimensions, a marketing automation software solution that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The second initiative was setting up a trigger-based campaign in ClickDimensions; establishing email communication in response to changes in the backend Dynamics 365 data e.g. the anniversary of a load, a birthday or an upcoming deadline. Effectively sending tailored information based on specific triggers.

Mortgage Choice is now planning its next automation campaign, leveraging gated content, and has asked Clade to assist with this new initiative.
